The last changes reclassified over 200 waste streams from non-hazardous to hazardous, and made it a legal requirement that all companies who produce over 200kg of hazardous waste per year to be registered with the Environment Agency as a producer of hazardous waste. If you haven’t already registered, registrations are still being accepted. Please contact the office for further information on these Regulation changes, or to register as a hazardous waste producer.
