Company
History
Spirechem North West Ltd was originally formed by
Peter Dorricott in 1994. Peter had previously spent nearly 20
years working within Solvent Recycling and Waste Disposal Industries,
and, with this wealth of experience he had gained, he felt that the
time was right to set up on his own, filling a niche in the industry,
forming a company where loyalty and honesty in all dealings with customers
was of paramount importance. With
these principles in mind, Spirechem North West Ltd was born.
Originally,
working from a converted bedroom, Peter was running all aspects of the
company by himself, until in 1996, Spirechem North West Ltd moved to
offices in Saltney, and at the same time, took on its first employee. Over
the next five years, Spirechem continued to grow, and, by July 2001,
with three full-time employees, and one part-time, Spirechem had out-grown
its offices, and moved to larger premises at our current location, Shield
House in Saltney.
The move proved to be successful, and to cope with the
growing demand for Spirechem’s
services, more staff had to be taken on. Today, Spirechem has five
full-time employees, and one part-time, all based in our Shield House
offices.
The
original ideas and principles established by Peter in 1994 are still held
today, and to these, the company owes its continued growth and success. The
company’s focus has always been, and will always be the customer. |
